The PhD Workshop was hosted by the CNRS team at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Strasbourg from 11 to 15 April, 2011. The aim of the workshop was to bring together all PhD and postdoctoral researchers involved in the MALVECBLOK activities to share protocols and ideas relevant to the project. The workshop included theoretical talks given by invited speakers (Prof. Joao Pinto (Portugal), Prof. Jules Hoffmann (France), and Prof. Maria Mota (Portugal)) and by PIs of the project. Practical hands-on workshops were organized by MALVECBLOK young researchers.
